NEW COVID POLICIES

• Please check your temperature at home prior to coming to the haunt.  if it exceeds 100.4 degrees, we ask that you stay home out of respect for all others attending.  If you are experiencing any covid symptoms, (see list here) we ask that you do not attend, for the safety of yourself and others.

• Upon arrival to the haunt, your temperature will be checked by our staff.  if your temperature meets or exceeds 100.4 degrees, we will have no choice but to deny entry into the haunt.

• All patrons are required to wear a safety facial mask at all times during their stay at Haunt on Eden.  

• All patrons will be asked to maintain the required 6' social distancing between their groups during the wait.  markers will be placed to help with this.

STANDARD HAUNT POLICIES

• There is absolutely no smoking and/or vaping on the mt. southington property.  

• Haunt on Eden is NOT recommended for Kids under 10 years old.

• No halloween masks and/or backpacks/bags are allowed in the haunt.  You may leave them outside while you go through.

• PLease be respectful and refrain from excessive cursing/foul language while at the haunt.

• Haunt on Eden reserves the right to ask any patron to  leave the venue, for any reason.  Please do not give us reason to do so.  That's no fun.

• If you lose a belonging, i.e. cellphone, wallet, etc, we are unable to shut the haunt down to look for it.  However, you may make arrangements with management to return at a later date to locate or retrieve it.

• You may be denied entry to the haunt if you are under the influence of alcohol, or if you are visibly impaired.

• There are NO REFUNDS.  If there is a cancellation due to inclement/severe weather, your ticket(s) will be honored for the next season.  If this would be an issue, please consider carefully prior to finalizing your purchase.
